InfraDin was born from a simple observation: most small and mid-sized businesses don't need another agency full of jargon — they need people who understand both the technology and the business side of growth.
We bring exactly that. A software engineer with hands-on delivery experience, and an entrepreneur who has spent over a decade building and running companies from the ground up. Together, we cover the full picture: strategy and execution, vision and code.
George Bot
George is the driving force behind InfraDin's day-to-day operations and technical execution. Building solutions since 2020, his expertise goes beyond writing code, spanning hardware, electronics, and full infrastructure management. Currently completing a Bachelor's degree at Universitatea Politehnica Timișoara (UPT), George has delivered dozens of client projects—from custom web apps to complex workflow automations. Alongside his work at InfraDin, he actively contributes to Timișoara's tech community through BanatIT and LigaAC, and co-founded the non-profit Hawk Unit Airsoft.
Chrys Ryan
With 14 years of entrepreneurial experience and an MBA, Chrys handles the internal business operations at InfraDin. He serves as an internal advisor, managing contract negotiations, structuring, and business strategy to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of InfraDin, Chrys provides dedicated business consulting through his own venture, AscendXperience, and is a co-founder of the non-profit Hawk Unit Airsoft.
